1. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.


2. Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.


3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll work with you to resolve it.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.


5. My package says delivered but I don’t have it—what do I do?

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local carrier.


6. Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check everything before checking out.


7. Do you ship internationally?
